Why choose them?
This is our first vegan lace-up boots made of the award-winning material, 100% Vegan and eco-friendly, a high-quality vegan leather called AppleSkin™ and made in Italy. This innovative material uses apple waste from a region in Italy to create beautiful materials that offer an eco-friendly and cruelty-free alternative to leather. The lining is an antibacterial microfiber; we choose a strong rubber sole and cotton shoelaces.

All our materials are sourced and produced in Europe and certified Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 class.
If you are worried about “sweating” we can assure you the lining is super absorbent but to avoid any discomfort or unwelcomed odors you can use our “eco-friendly shoe deodorant” by Kaps.

Our Blaze fitting is accurate, we advise you to take your regular size. We do not do half sizes so if you are in-between sizes you can choose the size up for more comfort.
Our boxes are made of recycled paper. With each pair of shoes, you will find a high-quality Good Guys cotton bag made in Italy that you can use for carrying your personal items while traveling or wrap and protect your shoes in your suitcase.

We recommend to only use products that are meant for microfiber and synthetic Leather. Clean the upper part of your shoes, use a soft brush (or Toothbrush) and brush the shoes gently after the rain or once a month to get the dust and dirt out of them, that will keep them "looking good".
Wash separately the removable sole with cold water. If you need new cleaning products, check our approved line of bio cleaning products and deo Kaps.

We offer free shipping options worldwide as long as you meet a minimum value of purchase.

UE : We ship with UPS for free for orders above 100 €.

SWEDEN AND SWITZERLAND: We ship with UPS/DHL/National Post for free for orders above 250 €, otherwise a flat fees of 16€ will be applied at check out.

UK: We ship with DHL for free for orders above 250 €, otherwise a flat fees of 16€ will be applied at check out.

US, Canada, Mexico: We ship with UPS for free for orders above 250 €, otherwise a flat fees of 16€ will be applied at check out.

VAT & Custom duties

Our items are shipped from France.

If you order from the EU, there will be no additional taxes of fees on receipt of goods.

If you order from outside EU, your order may be subject to VAT and/or import duties,
which depending from each country and are unfortunately not within our control.

If you order from UK, you will have to pay VAT & Custom Duties on the
value of the item. Please note DHL could debit you 11£ of management fees-20% VAT will be requested, but customs duties should have not been requested. If you see the amount requested is higher than the value of VAT + 11£, we invite you send DHL the invoice we can provide you, underlining them that as indicated on the invoice there is a TRADE AND COOPERATION AGREEMENT between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community, of the one part, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, of the other part of May,1st, 2021, which need to be applied, being our products "shoes made in Europe by synthetic materials- HS Code 64041990- so custom duties except VAT have not to be requested.

Many regions outside EU, including USA & Canada do
not have VAT or import duties that apply except for very high value orders –
however this differs by country, so please check with your local customs office
if you aren't sure.

We are not able in this moment to offer free returns, but we are happy to offer a free exchange with another size at our costs. You have 30 days to return your order at your costs. Once received we will ship the exchange at our costs. If you need more info please check our return policy page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase on our website.

Accessories and final sale/final price item cannot be returned.
