Wash separately the removable sole with cold water. If you need new cleaning products, check our approved line of bio cleaning products and deo Kaps.
Our tip to keep your Veg. Suede shoes in good shape:

- For your HEELS (Duke,Daisy,Kate)..) as soon as you see wooden part of the heels appears and you notice the bottom isn't flat anymore but more "oblique" it means that it's worn out and need to be "fixed", we would advise you to walk for 2 weeks with your NEW boots and "break" them, then go to a cobbler and place a "hard top" on both heels and a rubber sole on the front part of the outside sole if you feel like it.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation. All orders received before 4pm (Eu) will be processed the same day; any orders placed after 4pm (Eu) will be processed on the following business day. Usually additional fees are requested to be paid online with a link provided by the courrier, or directly to your courier upon delivery. In any case you will be required to pay these import taxes before your order will be released to you.
Unfortunately, if you fail to pay any charges and the parcel is returned back to us, we will not be able to refund your order.
Please note that at today for UK we can only accept minimum orders of 151,00 €. For orders accepted UK Gov will request the payment of UK VAT + custom duties.

We do all our best to ensure goods of high quality and try to provide as much as possible information about materials and fitting. We try reduce our footprint day by day and having shipping goods an environmental impact, we hope to minimize returns as much as possible.
However, we understand that returns can be requested and here you will find our instructions to return our products.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for packaging up the item and posting it back at your own cost. We recommend a signed-for delivery with proof of postage. For territories outside of EU, we suggest to use standard postal service.
You are responsible for any item being returned until it arrives back at its supplier.

If an exchange is requested, it will be shipped at our cost, as received the first pair and verified the original conditions.

Please note we will charge 10€ if a pair is returned in a damaged or missing canvas shoe-bag or box.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All refunds are made in 3 working days after the return reception and verification of the original conditions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Socks and cleaning products cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
