CLEANING YOUR GG

We recommend to only use products that are meant for microfiber and synthetic Leather. Clean the upper part of your shoes, use a soft brush (or Toothbrush) and brush the shoes gently after the rain or once a month to get the dust and dirt out of them, that will keep them "looking good".

Wash separately the removable sole with cold water. If you need new cleaning products, check our approved line of bio cleaning products and deo Kaps.

Our tip to keep your Veg. Suede shoes in good shape:

  • To clean the UPPER PART of your shoes, use a soft brush (or Toothbrush) and brush the shoes gently after the rain or once a month to get the dust and dirt out of them, that will keep them "looking good"
  • For your HEELS (Duke,Daisy,Kate)..) as soon as you see wooden part of the heels appears and you notice the bottom isn't flat anymore but more "oblique" it means that it's worn out and need to be "fixed", we would advise you to walk for 2 weeks with your NEW boots and "break" them, then go to a cobbler and place a "hard top" on both heels and a rubber sole on the front part of the outside sole if you feel like it.
  • The REMOVABLE SOLE in your Samo & Wack sneakers can be washed separately in your washing machine (cold cycle)

    Shipping worldwide is a service that has a cost and we are trying as a small business to cover most of the shipping cost and leave to our customers a reasonable shipping fee.

    We look for the best partners to guarantee the best, fastest and safest shipping options. We offer free shipping on French and EU orders of 250€ or more. For US orders the shipping is 15,00 € for orders of 250€ or more. For orders under 250€, please check the list below.

    Please add your phone number to your order to avoid delays in shipping. Give us as much information regarding the delivery: floor, door number, apartment, building, digit code.

    Please note that during the COVID-19 emergency, some shipments can be slower and signature could be not be requested by couriers.

All orders received before 4pm (Eu) will be processed same day; any orders placed after 4pm (Eu) will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Thursday after 4 pm Eu will ship the following Monday.

    All orders are carefully prepared by our warehouse, located in France within one or two business days from the date of your order confirmation. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding French national holidays. All orders received before 4pm Eu will be processed the same day; any orders placed after 4pm Eu will be processed on the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during sale promotions and on around holidays.

    You should receive your order confirmation email right after placing your order. But delays can happen—if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours after placing your order, please check your spam box.     Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded for their whole price. Initial shipping fees are not refundable.

    You are responsible for packaging up the item and posting it back at your own cost. We recommend a signed-for delivery with proof of postage. For territories outside of EU, we suggest to use standard postal service.

    Pre-Order

    As we often produce in limited quantities, to avoid any extra unecessary stock, we’re happy to offer the option to pre-order selected new styles that are not yet available to ship. The estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product description page. Pre-order products are susceptible to unforeseen processing delays, so we unfortunately cannot guarantee dates for these items. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. You’ll get an email from our customer service team if there are any issues with your order.

    Damaged Items

    We're so sorry to hear your order didn’t arrived in perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately send us a picture. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.
