A little bit more about "Good Guys Don't Wear Leather"

Marion Hanania founder of Good Guys

The first Good Guys collection was born in Paris France in 2011. Marion Hanania is the Founder and Designer of Good Guys Don't Wear Leather. She was, back in 2010, a prolific shoe designer working for many Parisian brands (Isabel Marant, Dévastée, Feiyue etc...) She studied Fashion Design in Paris at l'Ecole Duperré where the iconic shoe designer Pierre Hardy was her teacher.

She became vegetarian and stop wearing leather in 2006 and started researching, in 2010, the right eco-friendly materials and looked for suppliers who would agree to work with "Vegan materials", it was really unusual at the time and this was a challenge worth taking.

Her main focus was to create the perfect "Cruelty-free" closet, where no animal product would be involved and where the production would guarantee a fair-trade working conditions for workers and would be "made in Europe". She wanted to design high quality and stylish shoes that were missing for vegans and vegetarians like her at the time.

Years after years Marion created a recognizable and noticeable style through her "Good Guys" collections that vegans and non-vegans wear and adore.

She was born and spent 35 years in Paris but moved a few years ago with her partner to live under the sun in California and this is where she adopted 3 black cats and keep designing the Good Guys collections.

The best compliment her customers keep having is " I love your shoes, where did you get them?" and that always start a interesting conversation about style and veganism.

All the shoes are 100% vegan and cruelty-free, sustainable and durable and made in Europe in fair-trade environment. Good Guys is the 1st Vegan French shoe company and is a woman own business that is run by Marion Hanania and Antonella Santoro.

Good Guys is PETA approved and won several Awards through the years.

By purchasing a pair of Good Guys shoes you are making a conscious choice for yourself, for animals and for the future of our planet, without compromising on style and quality.

Thank you for that and welcome to the Good Guys Family!
