Shipping policy

The world is spinning fast, but we are trying to keep a human, healthy rhythm while providing fast deliveries worldwide. At Good Guys, we believe in “slow Fashion” and taking the time to think about our purchase and make it a conscious choice.

Shipping worldwide is a service that has a cost, and we are trying as a small business to cover most of the shipping cost and leave our customers a reasonable shipping fee.
We look for the best partners to guarantee the best, fastest, and safest shipping options. We offer free shipping on French and EU orders of 100€ or more. For US orders, the shipping is 19,00 and free for orders above 250 €. Please check below to know more about other countries shipping fees.
Please add your phone number to your order to avoid delays in shipping. Give us as much information as regarding the delivery: floor, door number, apartment, building, digit code.

Please note that during the COVID-19 emergency, some shipments can be slower, and the signature could be not be requested by couriers.

60 €- free for orders above 300 €

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation. All orders received before 4pm (Eu) will be processed the same day; any orders placed after 4pm (Eu) will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Thursday after 4 pm Eu will ship the following Monday.

As your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email- please be sure to include your email address when placing your order.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after 2 working days, please contact hello@goodguys.fr with your order number, billing last name, and email address. 

We cannot guarantee any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. You can try to contact us at hello@goodguys.fr to send your request, and if the order has not been processed yet, we will try our best to assist you.

Customs Duties / Import Taxes- also valid for UK, after Jan, the 1st-2021

Your order may be subject to duties or taxes upon arrival into your country based on where you live. You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes that apply.These are government-imposed duties that we have no control and not depending from us. Should you require more information, please contact your local customs office.

Usually additional fees are requested to be paid online with a link provided by the courrier, or directly to your courier upon delivery. In any case you will be required to pay these import taxes before your order will be released to you.

Unfortunately, if you fail to pay any charges and the parcel is returned back to us, we will not be able to refund your order.

For UK CUSTOMERS: Please note that  at today  we can only accept minimum orders of 150,00 € and not below this threshold. For  these orders, UK Gov will request the payment of UK VAT + custom duties.
