We recommend to only use products that are meant for microfiber and synthetic Leather. Clean the upper part of your shoes, use a soft brush (or Toothbrush) and brush the shoes gently after the rain or once a month to get the dust and dirt out of them, that will keep them "looking good".
Wash separately the removable sole with cold water. If you need new cleaning products, check our approved line of bio cleaning products and deo Kaps.

UE : We ship with UPS for free for orders above 100 €.

SWEDEN AND SWITZERLAND: We ship with UPS/DHL/National Post for free for orders above 250 €, otherwise a flat fees of 16€ will be applied at check out.

UK: We ship with DHL for free for orders above 250 €, otherwise a flat fees of 16€ will be applied at check out.

US, Canada, Mexico: We ship with UPS for free for orders above 250 €, otherwise a flat fees of 16€ will be applied at check out.

VAT & Custom duties

Our items are shipped from France.

If you order from the EU, there will be no additional taxes of fees on receipt of goods.

If you order from outside EU, your order may be subject to VAT and/or import duties,
which depending from each country and are unfortunately not within our control.

If you order from UK, you will have to pay VAT & Custom Duties on the
value of the item. Please note DHL could debit you 11£ of management fees-20% VAT will be requested, but customs duties should have not been requested. If you see the amount requested is higher than the value of VAT + 11£, we invite you send DHL the invoice we can provide you, underlining them that as indicated on the invoice there is a TRADE AND COOPERATION AGREEMENT between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community, of the one part, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, of the other part of May,1st, 2021, which need to be applied, being our products "shoes made in Europe by synthetic materials- HS Code 64041990- so custom duties except VAT have not to be requested.
