Shipping policy

The world is spinning fast, but we are trying to keep a human, healthy rhythm while providing fast deliveries worldwide. At Good Guys, we believe in “slow Fashion” and taking the time to think about our purchase and make it a conscious choice.
Shipping worldwide is a service that has a cost, and we are trying as a small business to cover most of the shipping cost and leave our customers a reasonable shipping fee.
We look for the best partners to guarantee the best, fastest, and safest shipping options. We offer free shipping on French and EU orders of 250€ or more. For US orders, the shipping is 15,00 € for orders of 250€ or more. For orders under 250€, please check the list below.
Please add your phone number to your order to avoid delays in shipping. Give us as much information as regarding the delivery: floor, door number, apartment, building, digit code.

Please note that during the COVID-19 emergency, some shipments can be slower, and the signature could be not be requested by couriers.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation. All orders received before 4pm (Eu) will be processed the same day; any orders placed after 4pm (Eu) will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Thursday after 4 pm Eu will ship the following Monday.

As your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email- please be sure to include your email address when placing your order.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after 2 working days, please contact with your order number, billing last name, and email address. 

We cannot guarantee any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. You can try to contact us at to send your request, and if the order has not been processed yet, we will try our best to assist you.

Return, refund & exchanges

We hope you love your Good Guys Don’t Wear Leather products and. We do our best to ensure high-quality goods and provide as much information about materials and fitting. We try to reduce our footprint daily to lower our environmental impact; we hope to minimize returns as much as possible. However, we understand that returns can be requested, and you can find our instructions to return your products. 

You have 14 days to return your order, in its original packaging, unworn and inside another carton box, as received.

Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded for their full price. Initial shipping fees are not refundable. 

Sales items can be refunded but not exchanged. 

Final sales items and Outlet items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or merchandise credit.

However, you can return items purchased with a promotional or discount code and ask for a refund.

You are responsible for packaging up the item and posting it back at your own cost. We recommend a signed-for delivery with proof of postage. For territories outside of the EU, we suggest using standard postal service.

You are responsible for returned items until they arrive back at our warehouse.


Exchanges are accepted if you need a different size, you will pay for returning the item to us, and we will ship the exchange for free after we received it to our warehouse.

All refunds are made in 3 working days after the return has been received in its original conditions.

We only make exchanges or refunds on orders purchased on our E-shop at

 Please note we will charge 10€ if a pair is returned in a damaged or missing canvas shoe-bag or box.

Please send your tracking number if you have to return a pair to us to, so we can track it.
