Return policy

We hope you love your Good Guys Don't Wear Leather products and the size ordered is the correct one. We do all our best to ensure goods of high quality and try to provide as much as possible information about materials and fitting.  We try reduce our footprint day by day and having shipping goods an environmental impact, we hope to minimize returns as much as possible.

However, we understand that returns can be requested and here you will find our instructions to return our products. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to send back a return, so please send us your request at least one week before.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note we will charge 10€ if a pair is returned in a damaged or missing canvas shoe-bag or box.

Because we are a small, independent  company we are not able to offer free return– it would simply make trading unfeasible. We're happy to assist if you need help to arrange a return at your cost with our transport partners. As well, if requested, we are happy to ship the exchange of size at our costs. 

If you want to return an item, please email us at hello@goodguys.fr and send you our instructions to return your order, Our warehouse is located in France. 

Please note that any delivery costs or import taxes you may have had to pay to receive an item cannot be refunded by us upon the return of that item.

Any item – regular priced or sale price – may be returned and refunded. This includes items purchased with a promotional or discount code BUT we cannot accept returns on final price/final sale items or gift cards. If an item has final price you will find this mention on the top of the product page.

Socks and cleaning products cannot be returned and refunded. 

Refunds

Once we have received your package, please allow at least 3-5 business days for your refund to be initiated since the item must complete quality inspection prior to refund issuance. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

The price of the shoes only can be refunded. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
